Where we deliver

For now we ship online orders within Karnataka only. Checkout accepts Karnataka PIN codes. If you're elsewhere in India, message us on WhatsApp at +91 72599 96047 and we'll see what we can do.

How long it takes

• Dispatch: within 2 working days of your order, packed by hand at our store in Ammathi.
• Delivery: usually 3–7 working days after dispatch, by courier or India Post.

We'll let you know when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates. Weather, holidays and remote PIN codes can sometimes add a few days.

Shipping cost

We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹100 per order. It is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Address and delivery

Please check your address, PIN code and phone number carefully. Couriers may call you to find the address. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may cost another shipping fee.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. See our returns and refunds policy.
